Over the past few years big data has emerged a new major pluri-disciplinary research area whose objective is to deal with massive datasets and that are too large to be manipulated by conventional modelling and current computational approaches. Clearly, big data challenges should require multidisciplinary approaches, when different points of view, ideas and experiences should be shared, this favoring exchanges and cross-fertilization on recent trends as well as research directions to consider.
ICBDR 2019 is supported by EISTI, France, Naval Academy Research Institute, France, DAVID Lab. (University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines - Paris Saclay University), Scienece and Engineering Institute, Shandong University, China, Shanghai Maritime University, China, Tokai University, Japan, Osaka Prefecture University, Japan and etc. We are pleased to invite you to submit and to present your latest work in this important scientific event, which will take place in EISTI (Campus de Cergy), France during November 20-22, 2019. Previous proceedings were both indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
